Pro HG, Pro HG Preferred, Ameriware, and Platinum Cookware

As a service to your retailer, Cooks Warehouse and GMF Corporation, The Vollrath Company accepts returns of defective merchandise. Product included would be PRO HG, Ameriware, PRO HG Preferred or Platinum Cookware.

Upon receipt of and verification of defective product, new cookware wil be sent to you. Items classified as normal wear and tear, scratches, overheating or other abuse wil not be replaced and wil be returned to sender.

Please remove the Kool Grips before shipping. Include a brief note stating your name, address, phone number, what you are returning and what the problem is. Please allow 15 business days for turnaround once we receive the product. Add on the appropriate days for ship time back to you.

If you are experiencing food sticking to your pan please make sure you have been seasoning your pan on a regular basis before returning for replacement. Seasoning means, after you wash the pan and before you put away, take a small amount of cooking oil and rub into the interior of the pan. Place on medium heat for about 4 minutes. Let cool, wipe out excess oil and put your pan away for your next use. You are the best judge as to how often to season. If food is beginning to stick, repeat this process.
