Building in a resort town

Elkhart Lake is a small town situated around an inlet lake in Wisconsin. It is a popular destination in the summertime months because of it's watersports as well as Road America racing. It is also just a short distance north of the Kettle Moraine scenic drive. Lynn and her family have created a successful restaurant in this community, thriving year round in a seasonal town. Paddock Club focus on a farm to table concept, working with local farmers to get local foods in their kitchen.
Lynn's family has a history in the restaurant industry, including local legend "Chissy's." Lynn herself worked in catering in her 20's and worked with the Bartalotta group in Milwaukee at Lake Park Bistro and Bacchus.
